Here is how our returns work:

You may also email us directly at within 30 days of your purchase. In your email, please provide the following: Your name, Shipping address, Email, Phone number, order number, Explanation for the return, Product name, Quantity of units to be returned.

Our dedicated team at will then respond via email and provide you with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). In order for our team to identify your return, please write the RMA # prominently on your packaging and inside the package on a piece of paper. Axiom V reserves the right to not accept your return if it is not accompanied by your RMA#. Packages that arrive without the RMA will also incur a $15 fee against any outstanding return credits owed you.

As your return is received and processed by Axiom V, your credit card used to place the order with will be credited for the amount of the refund less any shipping costs from the original order. 3 to 5 business days is the typical amount of time it takes it for the credit to appear on your credit card account.

Please understand that your credit card company does not notify us regarding the posting date of the credit back to your account. Only your credit card issuer can provide those details. Axiom V is not responsible for your product until it is accepted by our facility, and therefore we suggest you use a shipping method that provides tracking.


Our Terms and Condition:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns must include all contents and packaging.

  • Products must be purchased form

  • Any order over 15 units is not returnable.

  • In order to process a refund, all product needs to be returned, both used and unused.

  • Prior to returning the product to Axiom V, please request and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund in either direction.

  • Refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed.

  • We cannot apply discounts retroactively.

  • In other words, if a larger discount is offered after you have made your purchase, we will not apply the now larger discount to your previous order.

  • Custom designs and custom products cannot be returned, as they are unique and custom designed materials.
